Fletcher Law announces a new hire to the firm's plaintiff injury trial team. Ethan Scherer has joined the firm as an Associate Attorney. Mr. Scherer joins the firm's plaintiff trial practice after gaining valuable experience at a regionally renowned trial law firm during law school.
After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Missouri, Mr. Scherer moved to Kansas City to begin his legal studies at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. In May of 2020, Mr. Scherer graduated from UMKC Law with a Juris Doctorate. During law school he competed in several mock trials across the country for UMKC Law's mock trial team earning several honors.
Mr. Scherer's focus will be on plaintiff's civil litigation and trial, with an emphasis on catastrophic injury and trucking cases. He will be responsible for the management of an active plaintiff's trial docket and will oversee the progression of client legal matters from case onset to final resolution.
